Band Of Outsiders.

Sun. 02/08/2014.

Scott Sternberg is a Modern and Urban Eccentric. Of that there is very little doubt. He poses very Contemporary ideas in a slightly kooky mode that isn't, Per Se, the Outlandish eccentricity of a John Galliano or the Passionate, Fiery Romantic eccentricity of Christian Lacroix, Not even the Bohemian Rhapsody of eccentricity that is Anna Sui. However, Sternberg's style of Quirk is more rooted in less costume and more of throwing things a bit askew, Twisting them giddily while keeping everything pretty much Approachable and not require a Steely Sense of self to pull off.

Choosing to forgo a Formal Runway presentation for Fall 2014, Sternberg was able to hone in on what is the essential core of his Aesthetic and produce something that was Fun, Funny and most importantly Wearable! The Edit was brief, but not Skimpy on Style. Sternberg was looking with this collection to "Fill out a Woman's Wardrobe with clothes she will use" Fashion, Yes, But more importantly, investment fashion that will work with the clothes that a Gal already has.

Specific Items that will appeal immediately to customers, Look No. 2 was of immediate notice, A Shaggy Fur Toggle coat in Black that was one of those Standout pieces that would catch eyes in any city, in an country a woman may find herself. A Trompe L'Oeil Sweater and Skirt set in Spectator Black and White was Whimsy Personified at Look No. 7. A Rough and Tumble Fur coat that looked of Coyote was Urban Armor and Looked great paired with the Pine Green Dress underneath at Look No. 14.

These were just a sampling of the Multitude of Easy to wear and Easy to look Great in Pieces Sternberg produced for Fall. He wasn't interested in reinventing the Wheel or pushing his aesthetic into unfamiliar territory, Sternberg wanted to refine what he does and make it the best it could be and most relatable to his Client. No fault could be lain at his feet for such an Endeavour, Especially when the clothes were as good as they were here!

That's All.
